We will organize, price and stage the items for the sale. We create custom advertising and marketing highlight special and unique items. We advertise in social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram as well as to our 1000+ subscribers.

If you have chosen us to assist with the sale of your property, we will be working on preliminary tasks with you to prepare your home for its future sale.

We conduct the sale for two or three days depending on the inventory size.

We make arrangements for donation of unsold items to a local non-profit organization or to be returned to client.

We deliver proceeds payment to client two or three business days after the sale has concluded.
